KheerGanga Trekking

The trek to KheerGanga is a nine-kilometer, four-hour climb that is both difficult and enjoyable. This hill is a magical haven that attracts both Indians and foreign visitors. The snow-capped mountains and mystical clouds can be seen from the top of the Kheer Ganga, which are thick and moist due to the atmosphere. Getting There

By Air

 

Kullu Manali Airport, also known as Bhuntar Airport in Kullu district, is the closest airport to Kasol. The airport has regular flights to Delhi, the country's capital. You can take a cab or a taxi from Bhuntar airport to Kasol, which is only 31 kilometres away and takes about an hour. Bhunter, which is 31 kilometres away from Kasol, has the closest airport.

 

By Train

Kasol does not have its own railway station. To get to Kasol by train, get off at Joginder Nagar railway station, which is about 144 km from the village of Kasol. You can either take a cab from the station to Kasol or a bus from Joginder Nagar Bus Stand to Manikaran, both of which will take about 4.5 to 5 hours. The nearest station is Joginder Nagar.

 

By Road

The village is accessible through excellent road facilities and is one of the most visited places in India by international tourists. The main road connecting this village to Manali is the NH-3. A road trip should be as fun and pleasurable as the city of Kasol itself. You have the choice of driving yourself or hiring a taxi. For those travelling from afar, Delhi serves as a starting point.In Delhi, there are numerous companies that rent out vehicles and provide cab services to Kasol. In addition, buses run daily to Kasol from Delhi's Kashmiri Gate ISBT, with most semi-sleeper Volvos costing between 1000 and 1500 INR per seat. This journey will take approximately 11 to 12 hours. You must then disembark at Bhuntar and board another bus to Manikaran.
